Viniyoga Flow (1/2) ~ Brenda Mah
A slow sweet practice of integrating body, breath and movement designed to provide students with a personal and individualized experience within a group class. Short flowing sequences are performed in repetition, held for a few breaths and punctuated with rests in between so one can see where you have been, where you are and where you want to go. Since no two bodies are alike and we shift from moment to moment and day to day the emphasis is on function rather than form. When a lake is unsettled with many ripples on it's surface, you can not see what is inside the lake, when it is still you can. Come and take a look inside of you so you can see where you are, where you would like to go and get what you want for your life. All levels welcome.

Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) (mixed) ~
Relax in savasana while guided into a "yogic sleep" - the state between wakefulness and sleep. Students are led through a rotation of consciousness, which includes setting an intention, body scan, an exploration of opposites, journey and resolve. Awake from your practice refreshed and rested. 20 minutes of yoga nidra is as rejuvenating as four hours of sleep, so it makes for a terrific “nap.” Yoga nidra can also be used to tap into inner creative energy and intuition. Everyone can practice yoga nidra and the benefits are apparent after the first class!

Kundalini for Radiance (mixed) ~ Hari Narayan
Learn about the 10 body system of Kundlalini Yoga and how to work with it to create better health, more positive mental habits and increased radiance.
Experiencing Kundalini kriyas or complete sequencing of postures, stretch open the muscles, cleanse glands and organs, recharge nervous system, balance mind and relax deeply. Using mantras with our practice, we learn how to train our mind to shift out of being stuck in a negative spiral into a space of positivity and ultimately neutrality. The 10 bodies will be illuminated through our practice to continually expand our relationship and understanding of ourselves as a energy field rather than just a physical body form.
…That’s what Kundalini yoga is all about. If you don’t understand it, it builds in you the strength. You become you. Then all your fears go away and all your conflicts go away, all your duality go away, your reality starts coming, things start coming to you, because you are very attractive. The attraction is not you. It is your absolutely radiant body. That is a shining armor around you for protection and attraction both… Yogi Bhagan
