Unless marked otherwise on the schedule below, no pre-registration required. We do our absolute best to accomodate all but classes are on a first come first serve basis. Classes marked with an * are only for 8 or 9 students.
Metabody Pass holders register in advance through the Metabody site.
Arrive 10-15mins early, especially if you are new to the studio or need to purchase a class or series.
It is fine to be late to class but please wait to enter until after opening meditation. Then enter respectfully.
Street parking is available. Thursdays and Fridays 8-10am is street cleaning. Be sure to read signs.
